Syngonium White Butterfly

Syngonium White Butterfly (Syngonium podophyllum) is a beloved favorite for its striking, arrow-shaped leaves painted in soft shades of creamy white, pale mint, and deep green. Wonderfully versatile and easygoing, it brings a light, airy feel to any bright corner. You can keep it full and bushy with a quick trim, let it climb up a trellis or moss pole, or let its vines trail along the edge of an aquarium where its roots can dip into the water and act as a natural filter.

Care at a glance:

• Light: Bright, indirect light (tolerates lower light, but brighter spots keep the pale foliage vibrant)
• Watering: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry, or submerge its roots directly in an aquarium.
• Difficulty: Easy
